From digestive aid to cleansing and detoxing the kidneys, liver, and blood - your body will begin to show signs of restoration in the form of mental clarity, better energy and an overall sense of well-being.

While cleanses do help stimulate weight loss - the real benefits exceed losing a few LB’s. You will be flooding your body with important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to restore balance in the body. This will help strengthen your immune system and balance the pH level in your body. It’s also a good time to give your digestive system a break. Our body’s use an incredible amount of energy digesting, which usually leads to sluggishness and fatigue. By giving your body time to rest from digesting, you have more energy and your body has the space to heal itself.

Listen to your body and get to know it. and don’t forget to thank it for everything it does for you.

After Your Cleanse

Now that you have completed your cleanse and you are feeling fresh, consider following these guidelines to ensure a healthy post-cleanse (48-72 hours post-cleanse):

  • Try to steer clear of meat as much as possible the first 24-48 hours post-cleanse. The idea is to eat to light, plant based meals so your digestion has the chance to fire back up again. d Smoothies, juice, cooked vegetables, and soups are ideal. If you do eat meat post-cleanse we recommend local, all natural chicken or turkey.

  • Meal plan! This preparation will allow you to continue eating clean after your cleanse and not shocking your body immediately with processed foods.

  • Now that the gut is cleansed and healthy - it's time to put some probiotics in there! Probiotics can be found in kombucha, kimchi, raw sauerkraut, or any other live probiotics often found at the local health store. Probiotics help keep gut bacteria balanced - a balanced gut means less inflammation.

  • When you start introducing foods back into your diet, take notice of how it makes you feel. You may find that your body does not agree with some foods. This is a great opportunity to identify any foods you may have sensitivities to. Introduce foods slowly to take note how they affect you.

  • Don't stop juicing! Adding juice to your lifestyle will help you maintain alkalinity in your body along with keeping your immune system healthy. Other benefits include healthy hair & nails, glowing skin, and better mood + energy!

  • Maintaining a lifestyle with high alkalizing foods will change the way you look and feel. Create small but attainable health goals for yourself. Nobody is perfect but if you make a few changes daily, it can be life changing.
